Pricing, Description and Inventory Error

Despite our best efforts, occasionally products at DirectMacro Site has incorrect product description, stock status or incorrect pricing due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, DirectMacro shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order of said product or service and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated priced, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the item or we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

Florida (FL) Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders that are shipped to destinations within our resident business states. Thus, all orders shipped to Florida will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate. Customers who qualified for tax-exempt status must send a copy of their tax-exempt form to support@directmacro.com

Acceptance of Order and Acknowledgement

Until shipment, orders are not considered as confirmed. DirectMacro reserves the right to approve, cancel, confirm, reject and restrict an order for any reason at any time when the Buyers place an order. Upon receipt of any electronic correspondence or other confirmation notice, buyers agree that they do not signify an offer to sell a product or service, nor the approval by DirectMacro of any order. DirectMacro must pre-authorize orders over $500.00 and the correct method of payment must be created.

Customer Data Protection

DirectMacro shall maintain appropriate procedures for the management, physical and technical protection of the identity, confidentiality and honesty of all Buyer Information. DirectMacro shall not alter, reveal (except as required by law) or access Buyer information except for the purpose of preventing technical difficulties, or in connection with Buyer Support issues at the Buyer request.
