The Cisco 827-4V enables service providers to offer small offices and enterprise telecommuters additional voice services by using their existing copper infrastructures. By taking advantage of DSL high-speed access, service providers can provide integrated, multiline voice services over a single pair of copper wires. This enables service providers to offer new voice and data services without incurring the cost of a truck roll or expensive product forklift upgrade. The Cisco 827-4V employs the award-winning toll-quality voice technology used in the Cisco AS5300 VoIP access server gateway.
