DirectMacro, ("DirectMacro, Inc."), (the "company") is a reseller and distributor only. Products sold by the company are not manufactured by the company.

The products may, in certain circumstances, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). DirectMacro assigns and passes to the customer any warranty from the manufacturer. The customer acknowledges that they shall have recourse only under such warranty and only as mentioned by the manufacturer of the products.

The company makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. DirectMacro disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, with regard to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty arising from statute, trade usage, the course of dealing, or course of performance will also be treated the same.

You expressly understand and agree that DirectMacro makes no warranty that the DirectMacro services will:

  • a) meet your requirements;
  • b) be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
  • c) provide accurate results and reliable data on processing of the information;
  • d) meet your expectations;
  • e) any error in the program/software will be corrected.

You expressly understand that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the DirectMacro service is accessed at your own discretion and risk. Thereby, you are solely responsible for and hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action with respect to any damage to your computer system, internet access, download or display device, or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from DirectMacro shall create any warranty unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCUS).

Under no circumstances will DirectMacro be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the sale, installation, use, operation, service or repair of any product. This includes the breach of warranty or contract, strict liability, negligence or otherwise, whether or not DirectMacro shall have been advised as to the possibility or reason of any such potential loss or damage.

DirectMacro expressly disclaims all legal liability in relation to any personal injury or property loss arising from any reason out of the use of products/services purchased from DirectMacro, including but not limited to, military, medical treatment, traffic control and disaster prevention, or related equipment.

Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty. Therefore, the lifetime warranty is no longer applicable for the items that are taken off the production line.

Overall Return Guidelines

These are DirectMacro’s (“DirectMacro”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the DirectMacro website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting DirectMacro Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to DirectMacro within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.

Products that are received by DirectMacro in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

Any product not purchased from DirectMacro.

Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Report a shipping problem article for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.

Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

Desktop PC, Notebooks, or Tablet PCs:

A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at DirectMacro's sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to DirectMacro to be authorized.

For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a replacement or refund as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.

Televisions:

For televisions with a screen size greater than 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by DirectMacro for replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. If you need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery, please contact DirectMacro’s customer service department to obtain instructions on how to return the product.

Television and Monitor Dead Pixels:

Televisions or Monitors with 8 dead pixels or more can be returned for a replacement within 30 days from the purchase date.

Point of Sale Products:

Some items are non-returnable, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).

Special order products are not eligible for return.

Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.

International Return Policy

Defective or damaged products that state "This item is covered by DirectMacro's International Return Policy" must have an RMA number issued by DirectMacrowithin 15 days from the delivery date for this policy to apply. In the event a product is returned that is not defective, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by DirectMacro will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. Additional Return Information

Configurator Bundles

Items sold as part of a Configurator Bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable DirectMacro Return Policy Period for that individual item.

Items sold as part of a Configurator Bundle cannot be returned for a refund.

Combo and Kit Specials

Combo and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable DirectMacroReturn Policy Period for that individual item.

If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/kit in order to receive a refund. For example, if your combo/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If DirectMacro no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, DirectMacro will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a store credit refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

Quantity Purchases

While DirectMacro is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
