How do I format the WD10EZEX hard drive?

To format the WD10EZEX:
  • Open Disk Management on your PC (right-click Start and select Disk Management).
  • Locate the WD10EZEX drive, right-click, and select Format.
  • Choose a file system (NTFS is recommended for Windows) and set a volume label.
  • Click OK to begin the formatting process.
