How do I install the WD10EZEX on my desktop PC?

To install the WD10EZEX:
  • Power down and unplug your desktop.
  • Open the case to access the drive bays.
  • Insert the WD10EZEX Hard Drive into an available 3.5-inch bay and secure it with screws.
  • Connect the SATA data cable to the drive and the motherboard.
  • Connect the SATA power cable from the power supply.
  • Close the case, power on your PC, and format the drive via your operating system’s disk management tool.
