Spec: Internal, 80 GB, 9.5 ms, 2 MB, 3.5" x 1/3H Good: Affordable; extremely quiet; shielded electronics. Bad: Mediocre performance. Bottomline: The Barracuda ATA IV is an exceptionally quiet, large-capacity hard drive at a nice price, but its too slow. Choose it for ambience, not speed.
