What does my order status mean?

Your order status can be as follows:

Pending
Payment Received
Payment Confirmed
Payment Reviewing
Processing
Packaging
Shipped
Complete
Void
Contacting Customer
Order Tracing
Cancelled
Refunded
Repackaging
Returned
Repaired
Replaced
Return-refunded

Every time you make a purchase on DirectMacro.com, you will be assigned a unique order number. If you do not choose to complete payment for an order you have started, the order will simply expire automatically at a later time.

MEANING OF ORDER STATUS:

Pending:
This indicates that you have placed an order successfully, but we have not yet received payment from you. (If you have paid through Western Union or bank transfer, it may take some time for us to confirm your payment and update the status. Typically, we can confirm Western Union payments within one business day. If you pay through bank transfer, it may take longer, typically 2-3 days for the funds to reach our bank account.)

Payment Received:
This means that we have received payment from you and your order will be processed according to our standard procedures.

Payment Confirmed:
If you pay through PayPal, this means that we have verified your payment. If you pay through Western Union or bank transfer, it means that the payment information you provided matches and we have received the funds.

Payment Reviewing:
This means that there is an issue with your payment. Our sales representative will contact you for more information. You can also email us at support@directmacro.com to expedite the verification process.

Processing:
This means that we are currently processing your order. We are gathering all of the products you ordered and checking their quality to ensure there are no problems.

Packaging:
We are packaging all of the products and will also follow your instructions for packaging and creating the shipment invoice.

Shipped:
This means that we have shipped your order. You will receive an email from us including the tracking number and links. You can also log in to your account to check the status.

Complete:
This means that your order was delivered successfully and we have stopped tracking it. If there are any post-sale issues, please contact our sales representative for further assistance.

Contacting Customer:
During the processing of your order, there may be unconfirmed issues (e.g. you forget to include your telephone number on the delivery address). If your order is in this status, please check your email or phone as we may have attempted to reach you. You can also contact us directly.

Void:
Orders in this status are irreparable and will not be fulfilled. The most likely scenario is that you asked us to cancel an unpaid order. If you wish to recover the order, please add the items to your account and complete the order again.
