We offer drop-ship orders for all registered customers with no additional fees. Simply place your order as usual, but be mindful of the following notes:
- Our fraud prevention measures require us to verify that the shipping address is not different from the billing address.
- To protect your reputation as a seller, we will not include its publicity materials or invoices when we send drop-shipped goods, so your customer will not know the source or price of the product.
- If your customer experiences technical support issues or wishes to return the product, they must first contact you since it is your account with us.
- Please be aware that the consignee is responsible for paying any import taxes that may apply.
- As our buyer/drop-ship vendor, it is your responsibility to inform your customers about any taxes. However, we will do our best to assist you in minimizing tax burdens if you provide special packing or declaration instructions.
